Introduction. The Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST) is a widely used measure of cognitive flexibility and executive function. Digital administration improves standardization and access but requires validation; no validated digital WCST-128 exists in Argentina. Objective. To develop and psychometrically evaluate a digital, Spanish-Argentine adaptation of the 128-card WCST. Method. The sample comprised 127 community adults (74.0% women; mean age 34.3, range 18-78) who completed a digital WCST-128 (PsychoPy). We examined descriptive statistics, interrelations among indices, reliability (KR-20 and Spearman-Brown split-half), sociodemographic effects, and performance across the task. Results. Internal consistency was adequate (KR-20=.79; split-half=.89). Error and category indices were strongly interrelated, whereas failure-to-maintain-set was relatively independent. Older age predicted poorer performance (more total and perseverative errors), as expected; no sex differences emerged. Response times were longer for errors than for correct responses. Accuracy increased from the first to the second half of the task (79.3% vs 82.5%; p<.001), indicating learning rather than fatigue. Conclusions. The digital WCST-128 showed adequate reliability and reproduced the expected worsening of performance with age, supporting its use as a scalable measure of cognitive flexibility.
