“Neural Circuits in the Peripheral and Central Auditory System”

As part of the satellite activities for the upcoming Annual Meeting of the Argentine Society for Research in Neuroscience (SAN 2026), we invite you to participate in the Workshop “Neural Circuits in the Peripheral and Central Auditory System”. The event will take place on Monday, October 5, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, at INGEBI  (Buenos Aires, Argentina).

PhD students and postdocs will have the opportunity to present their results in a short-talk format (15 minutes including questions, and delivered in English). This will allow as many young presenters as possible to participate and will encourage scientific discussion.

Mandatory Requirement: Attendance at SAN 2026 is an indispensable requirement to participate in the Workshop. IMPORTANT: It is not necessary to have formalized your registration for SAN at the time of completing this workshop pre-registration.

Financial aid grants will be offered, primarily aimed at students from Latin America (excluding Argentina) who attend SAN 2026, present a poster as first author.
Applicants are encouraged to volunteer for a short talk at the workshop, although this is not a mandatory requirement to apply for the grant.

Please note: This pre-registration does not imply confirmation of attendance at the Workshop. Selected participants will be notified before August 10.
